FIRST ON FOX: Kentucky introduced a civil lawsuit on Monday in opposition to Roblox alleging the large gaming platform shouldn’t be protected for kids, becoming a member of a rising listing of entities who’ve sued over comparable allegations.

In an announcement, Coleman, an elected Republican, known as the gaming website a “nightmare situation” for fogeys that “seems to be protected, even cartoonish, but it opens up the doorways of our properties to predators.”
